Strength Coach

Brit has been a certified Athletic Trainer since 2010 after graduating from Northeastern University with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, completing internships at The Rivers School, Lahey Clinic and several local public high schools as well as Northeastern's Division 1 athletes.

She earned her Master’s degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012, holds a Certification in Sports Nutrition from Simmons College, has been an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer since 2007 and is a Precision Nutrition Certified Level 1 Coach. Brit is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and is a licensed and certified athletic trainer in the state of Massachusetts.

From 2010-2017, Brit was the Athletic Trainer and Community Programs Coordinator at Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA working with elite high school athletes many of which who have gone on to play athletics at the collegiate and semi-professional level. She continues working with Pingree School student-athletes as a strength and conditioning coach. 

A competitive powerlifter, Brit is also the owner of her own company, BestLifeResults. She publishes daily strength training and nutrition content online, including a recently featured piece for Strong Fitness magazine.
