More about Erin:
She is a graduate student at Simmons College where she is earning two degrees–a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion, as well as completing the Didactic Program in Dietetics to become a Registered Dietitian.

Currently, she is a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach (Pn1) and Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN).

Some of her main points of interest in nutrition include building habit change and skill level in clients, assisting people in restoring and developing a healthy relationship with their food and their body, supporting muscle mass and metabolic flexibility, increasing nutrient density in daily eating, and learning how to navigate the modern processed food industry. Erin’s love of cooking, growing food, and visiting farmer’s markets helps her assist clients in developing healthier relationships with food and building nutrition cultures at home.

Erin also has a profound love for the science of nutrition and is committed to mastering the biochemistry of the body, as well as learning and following the latest research in the field so that her protocols for clients are evidenced-based and delicious.
