Saturday, June 2nd from 9am to 7pm

    A daylong seminar designed to teach you how to protect yourself, save a life, learn to cook nutritious and delicious food from the ladies at Chive, and cap it off with a BBQ.

    Tentative schedule:
    9-10 - Iron Village group fitness class (*The workout is optional)
    10:30-12 - Basic self-defense skills
    12:00-1:00 – Lunch (from La Victoria Taqueira)
    1:00-3:00 – Medical/Trauma- Learn CPR, first-aid, tourniquet application and trauma care, how to handle water emergencies  
    3:30-4:30 – Healthy/Delicious Food prep, cooking skills and recipes (presented by Chive)
    5:00-7:00 - BBQ (food prepared by Chive and beer provided by Gentile Brewing)
