I have always been very active. In high school, I was a member of both the varsity soccer and wrestling teams. But my health and fitness journey really began after graduation, when I took a gap year. I worked at a gym, both at the front desk and with a personal trainer of my own. This sparked my interest and set me on a new path.

I attended UMass Lowell, majoring in Exercise Physiology and minoring in Nutrition. During my time there, I gained valuable knowledge & experience working as a personal trainer/strength coach, interning with local gyms, and shadowing the athletic trainer of the Lowell Spinners. Since then, I have become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Now I spend my free time surfing, snowboarding, and running Spartan Races.

Since graduation, I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of clientele - school-aged, college, and professional athletes, military and first responders, and others who just want to live an active, healthy lifestyle. I would like to help you live your best life too! Whether it’s on the field, in the kitchen, on the job, or in your everyday life, let me offer you my knowledge and guidance to get you there. We will work hard, but I promise that we will have fun along the way
