This is a 4-week strength training program using just your bodyweight. This program is a great solution for those with minimal to no equipment access, or for folks who travel a lot and need a workout to do in their hotel room.

The workouts are full-body routines that all include movements we do in our daily activities; pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, and more. They are a combination of active mobility work, overall strength, and quick but effective bursts of cardiovascular training.
