Assessments are a critical first step to ensure members are pain-free and able to perform exercises and movements in a safe and effective manner.
We utilize the ‘Functional Movement System’ (FMS) screen which is an effective tool used to identify limitations, issues, and/or asymmetries through specific fundamental movement patterns. With this reliable evaluation, we can improve movement patterns to reduce injury risk and improve strength, flexibility, and overall performance.
We will also sit down and establish health and fitness-related SMART goals. Creating goals is critical for motivation and for providing us with a realistic and time-driven target to work towards.

Attainable - Do you have the skill and ability?
Realistic - Is it within reason?
Time-driven - Give it a deadline/time-frame
