This summer, give your athlete more than just a workout—give them a foundation.
The Village Kids Sports Performance Program at Iron Village is designed to help young athletes (ages 12+) get stronger, move better, and build the confidence they need to succeed both in sport and in life.
This is not random exercise.
This is structured, coached athletic development.
📅 Program Details
Who: Ages 12+
When: Tuesday 6/30 – Thursday 8/20
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:30am
Total Sessions: 16
Price: $229
Group Structure:
Small group training to ensure quality coaching and individual attention. Groups may be split by age and/or experience level.

✔ Strength Training Fundamentals
We teach athletes how to lift the right way—focusing on proper technique, control, and progression.
From bodyweight movements to loaded strength work, athletes build a solid foundation that supports performance and long-term development.

Acceleration and deceleration
Coordination and reaction time
These are the exact qualities that translate directly to on-field and on-court performance.
🛡️ Injury Mitigation & Movement Quality
This is one of the most important (and often overlooked) parts of youth training.
We focus on:
Proper landing mechanics
Deceleration and control
Strengthening key areas like hamstrings, glutes, and core
Joint stability and movement efficiency
The goal: Help athletes stay healthy, reduce injury risk, and stay in the game.
